Orvosi műhibapereknél látok el képviseletet.

Magyarországon az orvosi jog folyamatosan fejlődő jogterület, a bírói gyakorlat a szerződésen kívüli kártérítésnek megfelelően szabályozza az ún. orvosi műhibapereket. Kivételt képezhet a magán-orvosi praxis, mely során a megbízási szerződésre vonatkozó jogot alkalmazza a bírói gyakorlat.

Orvosi jog területén belül nemcsak a betegek, hanem az egészségügyi intézmények képviseletét is vállalom.
